CNC FINISH GRINDING SPECIALISTS

CNC Finish Grinding Specialists perform a role that consists of a variety of tasks that are vital to the mold making process. This position requires someone who has excellent planning/communication skills to ensure that the many components going through the CNC finish grinding process come together in the designated timeline so that the customer due date is hit. An extensive overall knowledge of plastic injection molds and blueprint reading to recognize the importance of dimensional accuracies, seal-offs and finishes are required for this area. The CNC Finish Grinding Specialist is expected to do whatever it takes to get the most machine production runtime as quick as possible without jeopardizing quality.

CNC Finish Grinding Specialists must have knowledge of measuring equipment such as indicators, comparators, height gages, toolmaker scopes, micrometers, and sine plates. CNC Finish Grinding Specialists must have the ability to follow instructions and communicate between other Team Members to ensure top quality with little downtime between all rotating shifts.

CNC Machinist

NyproMold is seeking an entry level CNC Machining Specialist. In this role you will receive training to perform a variety of tasks that include cutting tool setups, part setups, and the machining of components with a variety of machine tools. Our training program is tailored to each employee taking into consideration the skill level from which they are starting from. Once hired applicants will receive both safety and comprehensive operations training prior to an assignment in production. CNC Machinists

NyproMold has opportunities at multiple skill levels for experienced CNC Machinists. We have spent $5+ million in new equipment the last three years and have almost twenty 5-axis CNC mills in total along with many new 3-axis CNC mills, CNC Lathes, CNC Grinders, EDM’s, and Wire EDM’s, many with automation.
